About 5 years ago for various reasons my husband and I decided it was more important for me to stay home with our developmentally
disabled son, Even though the finances would suffer He was more important! My mother had taught me how to shop, cook, clean,
and use coupons. But after carefully planning our shopping for a household of 7, I showed her some tricks she hadn't taught
me. Our shopping that week cost under $50.00 including soaps, food, and snacks, this was in 1998. We continued to do this
weekly until the Grocery store where we shopped (Purity Supreme, which offerred 3 tripple coupons and unlimited doubles @.99
for each shopper)closed in late 1999.
On this site, I'm going to talk about Saving or Making Money. I'll give a bit of history on how much I've saved,and earned
as well as specifics on how I got the deals or decide that it's worth the cost or time involved. I might also include some
instructions on how to get specific items free or free plus cash back, as well as the tips or tricks I've acquired through
the years. And, of course, I'll include pictures of the results of my deals or of me enjoying it.
